ALERT: Response to Steve Job's statement Banning "Third Party" Analytics:

In a speech on June 1st, Steve Jobs said the following:

"The use of third party software in Your Application to collect and send Device Data to a third party for processing or analysis is expressly prohibited."

While Steve and Apple have not been clear, AppClix is not a third party since it is installed on the developers servers and we do not have access to the data. AppClix is a software package just like any other that developers use to support their iPhone applications."

AppClix is currently the ONLY iPhone Analytics product that has a product you can download and install on your own servers. By doing so, your data is NOT under third party control and DOES NOT violate Apple's third party analytics ban. We do not, and will NEVER have access to your data since it is on your server.
